If you have a stock wheel, the horn pad with the emblem should easily be removed by pushing in with your hands and turning counter-clockwise (caution, remove the horn relay first!) about 1/8th turn to release it. You should be able to reinstall the pad correctly after that, but if not, you may need to remove the wheel and reposition it 180 degrees.
