The fronts come apart as a typicall front wheel weel bearing does; inner tapered needle, race, outer tapered needle, race. Lip seal on the inner, mounted in the brake disc, grease cap over the nut on the outer. At the very least, pull the cap off and use a needle on your grease gun and shoot some grease in there.
The rears are sealed, permanently lubricated. Don't guess you can do much there. There are some very good tech articles and posts on rear wheel bearing work here
