Go see someone face to face.
I have no patience for their customer service over the phone.
When you are in their office, I think they start to grasp the value of time ( theirs ) to get something done ( get rid of you ).
When Verizon works, I'm happy as can be.
When it has problems, I have to ask myself, is their product something I really need?
Over 20 days for a service call is unacceptable.
