James, mine came from Brazil with the frame that had a casting void under the right ambi safety, assymetrically machined, overhanging slide at the rear of the frame and the coating was pretty poor. I sent it into SA for replacement with a letter explaining my disappointment. They called and agreed.
I now have the only PX9152L with a Trophy Match frame and "NM" serial number.
Very happy with it and SA customer service. Spoon looks like it came from a custom shop. They machined the slide and frame to get them to match at the rear and machined the magwell a little too so it is more flush with the frame. Recoated the thng and repolished....
