Forget about fiberglass if this is your daily driver. You can find used bumpers, fenders and other parts for your car for reasonable prices. Unfortunately the parts you need happen to be the hottest among the used parts. If you have time and some patience you will be able to find all of the parts you need on eBay, swap meets and various Internet classifieds. Eventually you'll get an idea of what these parts go for. My guess is the bumper cover is about $300-400 and the fenders are $300-$400 used.
As far as bolting the stuff on it's definately doable. Find a bodyshop that will work with you to refinish the parts. The best deal would be to find a shop nearby that will let you disassemble and unbolt your old parts, bolt on the new panels and cut you a break on the labor as they spray the parts in between your rebuild efforts. It's best to have the panels bolted on and in place before they're sprayed. The alternative is to bring the fenders and bumpers to the shop, have them spray them, and then bring them back home and bolt 'em on. Problem is you will scratch them this way, no getting around it.
If it turns out your wheelbase is different from side to side you're gonna need to find a bodyshop that can straighten your frame. This is not as big a deal as it sounds - there are guys that can do this for you with modern equipment for a reasonable price.
Bodyshops love it when you pay cash for these side jobs by the way.
