944 Rear Main Seal Advise
Just purchase a 8 NA w/ 175k. It has a small rear main seal leak, so I know a clutch will also be needed. If I only plan on driving this on the weekends, how long do you think I can get out of the current one before she blows? What happens when a rear main seal goes? I plan on doing a v8 swap and want to enjoy this for a while. Figuring I could sell this motor to offset the cost for the V8 swap. Any advise is appreciated. Thanks.
