Need Purchase Advice
First post - never have owned a street bike.
Just found a 2002 R 1100 S for sale with 2,500 miles on it for $6k. and I am tempted. My brother had a '76 (?) R100S that I used to zip around on, which I enjoyed very much.
What are this machines weak points? Does it really only get 130 miles per tank. Can anyone recommend a good shop for a PPI in Los Angeles?
