Of course I could beat a dead horse and say "use the search feature" but that would be rude...!
Anyway, for what I have read here and on other forums dealing with vehicles that sit for a long time here are the highlights:

Drain all fuel and clean out tank
replace oil and filter, transmission fluid
clean/replace air filter
Clean/replace spark plugs
you may need to pull and clean the injectors
of course you will need a newer battery and clean the terminals

That would be to get the engine started.

Then replace brake fluid/ and possibly flex lines, replace tires so you can be safe once you get the car on the road...

That should be enough to get your heart pumping... and then go down the slippery road of refreshing just about anything that is 24 years old!!!
