I can tell you for sure, without doubt, that the fuzzy logic Zojirushi steamer is THE way to cook rice. Costco.com has them dirt cheap including shipping. Worth every penny, cooks faster than stovetop, and does not burn the rice. Keeps for one or two days on low. Oh, and cleanup is a snap, seriously. Seriously great cooking device.
