What's your history of claims with them. If you have no history, I'd push the issue and say they have no basis for the allegation. Also see if the parking lot will document that you reported it while there, that's a long shot since they won't want to acknowledge it happened on their property.
When you get it resolved, find a new insurance company. I hate that slut on TV!
