If it's a loaner, does that include the hole you may create for the breather as well?

One option is to drill a hole in the baseplate (it's aluminum), then use a grommet, hose connector and hose for PCV systems; sourced from your LAPS. May need an adapter to connect the different hose dimensions.

To avoid burping oil into the intake, I suggest you install a breather tank to vent crankcase>oil tank blowby pressure, then connect a hose from the breather tank to each ITG baseplate. The fuel tank breather hose could be routed directly to the breather tank as well.
