Ideally, you remove the door by drifting out the hinge pins. This will not affect door alignment but is a bit of an ordeal.
Alternative is to get someone with very small hands to reach back in there and work the antenna down and out of the hole.
Tie some twine to the aerial itself so it doesn't disappear on you if you don't remove the door.
