Valvoline VR1 conventional 20w-50 for its high zinc and very high flashpoint for dino formula...
Though just a 2.5L 8v with a 10-year genuine Porsche radiator, my hot temp is 9oclock till the fans kick in... then down to 7:45... all this in 100F stop and go.
