Hello,
I have a couple questions, the stock port size on the 3.0 sc cylinder heads are what diameter?/ what diameter pipe should be used with them on an intake manifold. maybe I could get a good idea by knowing, what size ID pipe does PMO use on their manifolds intended for the 3.0l?

Would 42mm Id (1.65 inch) be large enough/ the right size? Or is that too large or too small
(I found some for sale that are that size)

Also, anyone know where I could buy some flanges that fit. I am thinking of buying some aluminum turbo blow off valve flanges and machining the bolt holes into slits if I need to to make them fit.

Thanks for the help
Scott

For the record, in case someone is doing a custom manifold build out of aluminum, on ebay you can buy some turbo civic blow off valve flanges for about $6 each. these are aluminum, and have the exact same bolt hole pattern as the intake port studs on the 911 motor. The only problem is that the bolt holes are slightly too small, but that is easy work with a drill press
