I'm thinking that my problem was a fuse or relay connection in the box. Even though the fuses are good, I'm thinking one of mine wasn't passing current. Try removing each fuse, or at least the ones related to the ecm/fuel pump/ dme and check for corrossion. Maybe apply some dielectric grease as well. I don't think you have a big problem. just a connection issue.
