First trip on my new Continental's.....
The trip was an 80 mile roundtrip jaunt from Hayesville, NC toward Franklin, NC on NC Hwy. 64 East. The ride up into the mountains is an easy one with long sweeping curves and some long straights (100mph on one). The tires performed well. They were smooth, stable and quiet. Handling was fine in those conditions. Nothing extreme. I'll try some roads with tight twisties next: "The Dragons Tail" on NC129 North out of Robbinsville, NC and/or GA129 South out of Blairsville, GA over Blood Mountain toward Dahlonega, GA.
