If you have problems locating a seal...try Chicago Rawhide (from McMaster -Carr)
They have seals for everything.
And...if you look at their catalog...you can find multiple lip seals that replace the single lip seals in our treasures.
The good thing about multiple lip seals...they have more than one sealing edge...and....those edges are in a different place than the old ones....so...if the shaft is worn...the new seal will do its job in a different place.
