I am running 8 channels:
1. Throttle
2. Elevator
3. Aileron (left)
4. Aileron (right)
5. Rudder / nose wheel steering
6. landing gear retract
7. Flaps
8. Navigation / landing lights
I have a couple of smaller planes, if you don't have a need for your servos and such.
