will that one i posted from ebay fit? I asked the guy selling it, he had not idea, figured you guys might be the authority.. it is 50 bucks, def cheaper than getting one fixed. I just dropped off the rear deck carpet. the under side is like burlap or something, and it was falling apart, causing all sorts of mess and debris, I had it in the back of my truck and i drove by the upholstery place today finally and dropped it off.

60 bucks, he removes the binding around the edge, glues piece of headliner foam to the backside, and then stitches on a new binding around the edge. well worth 60 bucks to me.. can't say running a sewing machine is my strong suit :P
