At 12 days you are past the worst, but that doesn't mean you are out of the woods yet
great.. you'll be fine, but stay vigilant.. nicotine will try and catch you when you least expect it..


I assume you can't drink alcohol at the moment, which is good, stay sober for those first months, as alcohol would weaken the resistance against nicotine.. Once you passed those first months, you'll be fine..
Just keep repeating, "not even just one ciggie, never again"..
