Turn the key on and see if ether of the pumps
are making a growning sound.
If they're making any noise they need replacing.
Also check each pump for leaks.
If you car runs good at high rpm's your fuel pressure
must be ok.
The next thing to check would be the fuel regulator,
it can be re-built.
The only other thing I can think of would be a fowled
plug.
