I was able to fix the gear shifter on my vette that shrank they same way and able to get my door panel straightened out on the SC .. the Dash is not going to be easy .... but dont pull hard with pliers .. Hint warm the leather with a hair dryer it will open the pores a bit and take the conditioner a bit better .. you may have to use polish on it if you start a crack thru the color .. but the Porsche leather is quality stuff .......
