Well I would suggest to do the following:
- Do you hear the fuel pump buzz for a second or two when turning on the key? If not, start there.
- If fuel pump runs a bit, then I would suggest pulling apart a fuel line at the engine to see if any fuel come out? If no fuel was #1 okay, if so then jumper the fuel pump relay (see Pelican electrical diagrams) so pump runs all the time key is on so you flush the fuel lines out.
- If you get fuel then you need a pressure gauge to see what the pressure is, must be in spec? If 30# then proceed, if not see #1 and #2
- If #3 is okay then pull injectors and see if they spray at all and if the car has sat that long I would doubt it. Then they need a good cleaning.
- If 1 through 4 are okay, how is the spark? It can fire starter fluid but may not fire gasoline?
