Depends on the state, here in FL. there is a 12 year old being tried as an adult, he beat his 2 year old brother to death & raped his other brother
Course there are some liberals who are against it, but it takes a certain type of evil to beat a baby to death no it wasn't an accident & yes, he had a history of killing small animals
