I always find it interesting how online relationships go....
Lots of people piling on to Lubey here.... My gut feeling is that if all of you Lubey haters sat with him around a table and shared a beer, some food and some stories about your common interests (cars maybe??) you would all be life long friends and accept each others differences
without judgement..... Be them political, racial (assumed by some) or chevy vs doge vs ford.
Just sayin.
Pretty sad when people get this worked up and say some of the things they have said (well typed I guess beacause that is easy) when you have never looked into the man's eyes and shook his hand.
What we seem to know for sure is that he is suffering the loss of someone close. That part seems to not be in dispute. If the rest of the story is true or not means nothing to me. If true, it is very sad. If not, well then I don't judge a man for how he rationalizes his grief. But that is just me....
I hope my son doesn't become a player (victim??) of the digital age and continues to accept others (politics, views, skin color, religion etc) and not judge them on the basis of a few typed statements. In fact I hope he continues to never judge. Some folks here have some pretty high standards of others, some of which I often wonder if they themselves could live up to.... Just because someone does not see the world the way you see it does not validate some of the stuff that goes on this forum.
Anyways, Lubey, sorry for your loss. The end result was tragic regardless of how it came to be. Thoughts be with you and your friends.
Just my .02 worth.
Cheers
