one other thing to check...
once they work loose the shaft tends to oval out the hole in the suspension ear...

I'm convinced that these only work loose due to flex in the entire console/ear... are you using the car on track...
prior to bracing my ears this nut would come loose every single day of track use...
the 2nd step is the ovaling of the hole
the 3rd step is that the console/ear rips....
the permanent solution is to brace the console.
