I found this thread invaluable, so I thought I'd add my own contribution. I've just put MA Shaw Ruf bumpers on my old girl - here's how it turned out:

I don't actually dislike the normal impact bumpers, so I wasn't too sure about the front bumper, but I quite like it now it's on.







The worst part of the process was bolting up the front bumper to the wings, particularly on the oil cooler side. It's a sod getting your hands up there, past the horn trumpets, to get the spanner on the nuts. I tried to use rivnuts, but it was tricky getting them to line up perfectly with the bolts and the rivnuts ended up spinning, rendering them useless. So I drilled them out (be careful not to go through the top of the wing!) and just used short allen head cap bolts.

Looks pretty good in the metal/plastic though. Just need a 300 bhp 3 litre screamer in the back now!
