Okay, thanks.
I did some reading last night and got a little confused.
So, I put the new gear on in the same location as the old (6 teeth off). Then while holding the new gear at 45 degree mark, put the belt on to hold it in place.
and I do have the porken tool. Get it close and adjust from there.
