Hi cashman, not torn but very cloudy and yellowish so I actually went that route and tried several products including the highly recommended PLEXUS plastic cleaner which cleared up the cloudiness a bit. But since the car had just gone through a minor restoration with a fresh coat of paint and new rubber trimmings, the plastic window now stands out like a sore thumb with everything else on the car looking new. So I've decided to replace the window. I just need a good source.
