I'm sure you know what to look for already but make sure the hitch and rear rails aren't bent.

More importantly make sure your folks are feeling alright. Sounds like if was low speed but sometimes it can take a day for the soreness to set in. I'm not advocating hammering the gal for injuries but if your folks feel like they need to be checked out the girl is on the hook.

Aftermarkent/Reman/LKQ bumper assembly plus labor to install is going to be close to $500. Get her insurance information now while she's still talking to you. That way when she balks you can file the claim yourself. BTDT, I work in insurance. If I had a dollar for everytime I heard, "Well, they said they wanted to just pay and not involve insurance, but then they wouldn't so now I"m filing a claim."
