I would not pay 11K for a mid-year car. Even with an SC motor in it. I would save a couple more thou and look for an SC. You have a month or two before people start buying summer cars, so keep looking. An all original SC is worth more than a 77 with a 3.0 and SC flares. Any work the PO did will/may have to be corrected by you or your mechanic. Plus the shady reports on this car would make me very wary.
It looks nice on E-bay, but if you notice some of the pictures, the guy slapped a bunch of ArmourAll on everything.
CHECK THE CAR OUT VERY WELL BEFORE YOU COMMIT. GET A PPI AND HAVE SOMEONE WHO DRIVES ONE DAILY LOOK IT OVER WITH YOU.
