I didn't notice too much difference for the few days that I had my 4 running ios6.
However, Apple's new maps are pretty frustrating. It hasn't been finding things as well as google maps did, and overall it has been incredibly slow when to refresh maps, do new searches, etc. In addition, I now have to incorporate a secondary app when trying to get transit directions. So far I am definitely missing Google. Hopefully apple is working hard at improving their maps.
I will admit that th 3D satellite views are pretty sweet.
