Depending on the results you may want to check the Actiontech admin interface, 192.168.1.1 from a browser, under Advanced there is a Port Configuration tab that let's you control the WAN/LAN ports.
All should be set to Auto but it is possible to set them individually for specific 10 and 100 half or full duplex
