does an 89 930 need the G50 update?
Well, this weekend has really got me wondering. For those race fans who missed the last lap, my 1989 930 blew the rubber center out of the clutch and the replacement kit came with a throw-out bearing that doesn't fit over the tube.
I've been told that my 1989 930 with G50/50 does NOT require the G50 update, however (and not knowing if I just got incorrect parts) the T/O bearing that was sent leads me to believe that I may need the update.
Does anyone have the answer?
