your cars non-driveable condition is kind of a good thing. I sold a roller to the US a while back. I trailered it down and at the border when asked, told US customs the car was going down to be restored. this was true. I provided the buyer with a bill of sale and the registration by courier. it's much easier to register a car in the US than Canada.
no probs whatsoever. I dropped off the car at the shipping depot and came back home.
