Idling at 3k
I just went out to start of the teener to see if it would turn over. After I jumped it the thing turned over, although once started , the rpm shot up to 3K imediatelly and was slowley rising. What could be the cause of this? I have been looking around the engine compartment more recently, and by hand moving the throttle. I'm a novice mechanic, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
