Hi Gary had the same thing happen to me just after I purchased my 73t it had sat for
About 12 years in the po's garage and three days after I got it home it froze to the floor.
I rebuilt the calibers replaced the master Cylinder as it was leaking through the bellows
Into the pedal cluster area and rebuilt the cluster which I believe was the real problem
For the frozen issue. Also changed fluid and changed rubber bake lines.
