Maybe one of the "screen room" engineers on this site could design a jammer relay triggered by the detector. Use some old magnetron and a waveguide mounted under the front of the car near the tow hook. Not sure about getting a HV source but if you could the police would never know what happened.
Of course as they look at wavy white lines you go by at 95! So they might run you down anyway!
