Hi,

I always thought that Staintune was the best looking (very shiny stainless steel) for the R1100s, and if you leave out the removable baffles then it will give over 100 db when tested at tracks that are sensitive about noise (I think I scored 103 at 5000rpm at 0.5 metres distance at at Cadwell Park)

I put mine on at about 18k miles (~1999/2000?), and I'm now at 151k miles with only the Y pipe changed for free by Staintune when it cracked. (there may be posts about that)

I did get a chip made up for the Staintune on my bike (with lennies induct)

It's still going.

Adrian
