I have felt much better and stayed healthier (not catching a cold as often) since I force myself to go 8h and allow myself 9 on WE if possible.

Interesting...6.5 would be long for me...8-9 would be Rip Van Winkle territory...usually in two shorter REM periods too...in between them right now
