Now you have spark make sure it is timed right using the static method, and make sure the dwell is close with a feeler gauge. Then look at the D-Jet article (it is a VERY comrehensive article) on how to rebuild, tune, and modify the FI system. With a car in storage THAT long I'm guessing there is some varnish or rust blocking the injectors, also when you change the fuel hoses put in a new filter. BTW you did put fresh gas in, didn't you? When you turn the key do you hear the pump run for a few seconds?
