New servos are available but are expensive.

They come up cheap on eBay from time to time if you're diligent - I've snagged 4 new servos for cheap that way.

Finally, a German Rennlister rebuilds them. Better than new, with better components than the factory. Not cheap, but it's a 20 year old Porsche, and the best of the air-cooled.

The rest of the naysaying in this thread is "worst case scenario" stuff. Do your homework and get a proper PPI, and you won't look back. A well maintained 964 is the BEST buy in the Porsche world right now. Bar none. Check out Rennlist's 964 forum and ask the folk who live with them everyday, rather than relying on other folks' second hand opinions.
