Tell me what city in SD the car is located and maybe I can give you a nearby shop name that you could have the car checked at.
In fact what's the name of the garage that has serviced it in the past?
Sure if it is near me I'll look at it but it would be better to get it up on a lift at a shop. Is the guy in the SD PCA maybe it's a known car/owner?
