Another question about vacuum leaks - can they be ruled out if my idle drops when I remove the oil fill cap?
I've done that test, and there is a definite change when I open the cap, and marked improvement with the cap reinstalled.
I've seen other threads where that was recommend as a vacuum leak check, but I don't know if that is an effective approach.
