It's regular ABS; you can hit it with hammer pretty hard without damage. The material is good enough to print it's own modified extruder gears you see in the photo.
I wouldn't use on a suspension bushing, but it should be fine for this with a proper lube. It's worth a try; cost me about 10 cents of material and 20 minuets of my time to print and install into an extra coupler.
I had to reduce the diameter of the cylinder as it was .5mm over the size of my coupler. It's possible the parts you purchased are more compressible than the material I used.
The printer was a kit my kids put together last summer.
