If you're talking about 16" 911 offset fuchs, I don't believe so -- wide body (turbo and turbo look) came with 7x16 up front, which can work up front on a narrow body carrera, though you'll likely need to roll the inner lips of the front fenders to keep the front tires' sidewalls from rubbing.
Porsche also made an 8" fuchs wheel for the 944 turbo (951) that looks very similar to the 7" 911 fuchs but will fit over bigger brakes. I believe that this wheel will fit up front on a narrow body 911 with the same fender rolling caveat stated above.
