Trying to get the drivers side heat exchanger off, and am having a hard time with the center outside nut, I cant seem to get anything on there to get any torque to get it off, it has the 13mm nuts on there, anyone have any success with a particular tool for that one?

Whoever took these off the last time, did not use the barrel nuts either, so it has been real enjoyable getting these things off, lol.
