Laser Chip / Cat removal - Hard starting and starvation

After the install of the laser chip and cat removal pipe I have noticed two problems;
The bike is very hard to start when it is cold. After several attempts she does start. Almost like the fuel pressure is too low?

At sustained high speeds (100+) and then a deceleration the bike stumbles badly on deceleration. Fuel starvation?

I have double checked the routing of the fuel/vent lines. They seem fine.

Of course I never had these issues before the chip/pipe install. Has anyone else seen these issues?
Any ideas to resolve?
Thanks
