As to the signal being weak. Call your cable provider and demand they come and fix it. You are paying for those channels and you should have a good signal. This should be a digital signal so if you have good lines to your house and TV's it shouldn't degrade. I would guess it is probably just a loose connection somewhere in the line.
If you have been watching the bug recently you may have noticed that Speed is becoming Fox Sports and Versus became NBC Sports. All the channels are changing to keep up with the times. The lousy programming like Pimp my ride and Wrecked is just a chance to fill time cheaply until the changeover occurs. Then say goodbye to most racing on Speed because it costs too much for too little market share. Say hello to more varied sports like soccer with its bigger audience and market share to overcharge the advertisers.
