The vinyl on the underside of my targa bar is coming off. It is in good shape so just want to put it back, the foam underneath the targa bar in that area is not attached to bar either. How do I reattach the foam (do I need to) and the vinyl. Is there a special adhesive to use or is it fastened some other way? Is there a way to take it all off and re-adhere it all at once that is easy? I am thinking maybe the rest of it will start to come off in the near future, but if it is complicated I am happy to just patch it.
Thoughts?
